Specimen Requirements

Submit one of the following specimens:

Urine - collect minimum 10 mL random urine in screw cap container

Sputum - expectorated or induced. Collect in sterile, screw-cap container.

Nasal - mucosal secretions or nasal washings.  Collect in sterile, screw-cap container.
