Specimen Requirements
Specimen must arrive within 24 hours of collection.
Collect blood in a lavender-top (EDTA) tube(s), and send minimum 1.0 mL of EDTA whole blood refrigerated.

0 - 7 Days: 2.6 - 6.0 %
> 7 days: 0.5 - 1.8 %
Ret Hgb: 29.3 - 36.7 pg/mL
Immature Retic Fraction (IRF): 2.5 - 15.9 %
